The point is that Akane really _doesn't_ think that Ranma is
"corrupting" Ryouga.  That's just the excuse she gives herself.  The
real reason for her anger is that Akane has long had an almost exclusive
lock on Ranma's friendship.  She's the only one really close to him.

If she thought Ranma was forming a strong friendship with someone else,
even as a purely male-bonding platonic type thing, I could see Akane
getting a bit jealous.  Of course, it's nothing she wouldn't get over
eventually, but I could see it happening.

I think she might concevably react like this, but the way shown in the
fic is too abrupt. If it's made a little less precipitous, it'll
probably work.

As for this fic... overall pretty good, and I really like the basic
concept. Needs a good bit of editing; lots of missing quotes and other
typos. One line had me laughing out loud:

    "Mommy, why is that girl laughing like that?"
    "I don't know darling, maybe she goes to St.Hebereke."
