After such an intense orgasm, she should have been panting 
heavily; however, she lay unnaturally still, the rise and fall of a
chest filling with air curiously absent. Akagi Ritsuko was a scientist,
and as such was naturally interested in all types of phenomenon. For
her, sex was both an activity she enjoyed and an experiment to be
monitored.
	She rolled off Gendo, noting the blank smile that covered his 
face each time after sex. She wondered exactly what he was thinking
about just as she had each time they made love. Gendo lay still, his
breathing coming in a deep steady rhythm. 
	From the pile of clothes at the far end of the supply room a pair of
beeping sounds rang out. The two lovers glanced at each other, Gendo all
ready beginning to rise. Perhaps that was it, Ritsuko mused as she
watched Gendo dress quickly. The call of duty hanging over her head was
proving too much for her love life.
	Gendo looked up, fully clothed and looking as if their encounter 
had never happened. Ritsuko began pulling her clothes on, glancing at
Gendo'sback as he prepared to leave.
	"I'll be up in a moment," the doctor said. She still felt somehow
unfulfiled at the engagement's outcome, but couldn't say what it was.
Some how Ritsuko felt it was her fault for not enjoying the sex. It had
all been there,at least in terms of mechanics.
	She finished dressing, hurrying on her way towards the command center.
Halfway to the elevator the sirens reporting a Magi inspired alert
sounded, echoing the alarm she felt in her heart. 
	The door slid open, revealing an empty elevator. The doctor calmly
walked into the elevator, waited for the door to close and began
sobbing.
	"He loves me. He loves me. He loves me," she repeated like a dying gasp
as the elevator slowly journeyed up.

	It was a strange challenge. Fun though. This is the first challenge
I've taken part in, and I figured Eva was the easiest way to go.
