Filling the time is never a problem.  I have no doubt a four-hour fanfic
panel could work.  The problem is finding space on ever-more congested con
schedules.

Ryan Gavigan did the best he could to find us a timeslot that conflicted as
little as possible with Guest of Honor appearances, but it will conflict. 
This is simply because once you take into account the GoH panels, lineups
to get into the panels, autograph sessions, and the lineup for those,
that's pretty much the whole day.
