First off, I'd like to apologize to those who DID send in applications 
after Anime Death Match 9 was released.  This is the same basic form, 
we're just asking for some more information.

OFFICIAL ANIME DEATH TOURNAMENT APPLICATION
For you or a champion! (yes, you CAN sponsor someone else!  But be 
warned, the stronger they are, the tougher their competition.  And no 
ultra-powered fighters like Final Sephiroth.)

Age?  A) Only three and a half years old.  B) Old enough to be an Otaku.  
C) Old enough to drive or drink.  D) Old enough to be an Otaku's 
grandfather.

Super Powers [choose four only if you are fighting and not a champion]:

Super Strength (doubling up on this can grant you Ryouga strength. 
Tripling up on this can grant you unrestrained A-ko level strength)
Super Speed (doubling up on this can grant you the ability to do that 
fast vanish trick.  Tripling up can grant you Flash speed)
Psionics - Telekinesis
Psionics - Pyrokinesis
Psionics - Hydrokinesis
Psionics - Telepathy
Psionics - Future Sight (REALLY limited.  You can only see into a 
possible future and it may not even be the right one.)
Magic - Final Fantasy 2
Magic - Final Fantasy 3
Magic - Final Fantasy 7
Magic - Crono Trigger (Must specify form of magic: None, Water, Ice, 
Lightning, Fire, Shadow)
Magic - Slayers
Magic - Sailor Senshi
Ki Blasts (doubling up on this can allow you to use HUGE blasts)
Magic Item - Power Ranger Coins (no zords allowed)
Magic Item - Cloak of Displacement
Magic Item - Ring of Flight
Other - We'll see if it's allowable.

***Warnings: Magic Items allow you to avoid being physically taxed, but 
they can be stolen.  From FF2 and FF3, you can either cast spells or use 
Summonings, but not both.  From FF7, you can only have so many materia.  
And with all magic, you can't mix it (so no having Slayers and Senshi 
magic at the same time.  You can have Items and Magic, but not two kinds 
of magic.)***

Applications will be accepted until May 1st, but don't delay, forget 
about it and wind up begging us to put you in.  There will be two 
tournaments a year.  Summer and Winter.  If you don't want to be in the 
next tournament, specify after each tournament is finished.
