PROLOUGE


In the very depths of NERV, a figure hangs on a red
cross. Its powers bound by the mask it was forced on it
to ware its body a prisoner by the spear that was stab
on its chest.

It has walked the earth even before it was the earth.
It was there when Father of All made the stars, the
sky's, and the seas. It witnessed the birth of all the
things we see. It was there when the first being walked
its very first steps.

It was the first to be married. It smiled in happiness
as it experienced love for the first time. It was first
one to feel betrayal as her husband took another one.
It was the first to lose love. And it was the first to
cry in anguish as they were exiled from the very place
with they called home since time immemorial. 

It gave birth to the beings that now populated and
mastered the earth. It felt the first true satisfaction
as her children were born. It was the first mother to
walk on this earth. And she was the first teacher, as
she taught everything its children need to live in this
world.

It watched, unable to help, as the wrath of Father of
All destroyed the earth for the first time because of
her children. 

It laugh at the irony as the warriors of Father of All,
the very same that banished her and her husband, was
banished because of their over zealousness in
destroying her children as Father of All destroyed the
earth.

It saw He Who is Three walked the earth and taught what
the Father of All wants her children to do and how to
live by its rule.

And it saw He Who is Three die by the very hands of her
children.

And it was first to feel what a mother feels when its
children hates its mother.

And it was the first mother to hate its child as her
children bound her to the cross. Used the power of the
blood of He Who is Three to bind her. Made a mask to
stop her power and left for dead as its blood flowed
from the mortal wounds she took.

But she is Immortal.

But she is not the Father of All as she lay helpless,
unable to escape.

And she was forgotten.

For a long time.

Longer than the lives of her children. 

And as she was bound on the cross, its body its prison,
she was the first to experienced madness due to the
silence.

And for a long time, her mind was lost due to madness.
In its mind eye, happy memories continue to play over
and over in its madness.

Until the tools of its child awakened her stupor.

First it was sounds. Faint clicking sounds that caught
its attention.

Then the voices of her children.

Then their pictures and voices.

The first in everything watch in awe, motherly pride
flowing through its breast, as its saw what her
children made. 

And anger flowed again, as it finally understood what
her children had made on the very earth in which it
walked on before.

The tools its children had made are destroying its very
own self.

And the earth with them

And it the first to felt the herald of the end as her
children destroy her first husband and the earth with
it.

And now, after moving her body to where her egg lay,
using her blood as a tool in making the Abominations,
waging war against the Father of All, she lay
helpless.

But faith, a cruel mistress, but is also kind, gave her
a way to change the future she saw. Being an Immortal,
being the first, her gift was to what is to come, along
with being the Mother of All.

By using her blood for her children's their tool, it
has given her power over those who use her blood. And
that is all she need.

And as the beginning of the her revival has begun, as
the two of the three children's who's roles are pivotal
for the future, one of which is made from her, fall
into her snares, she laughs.

Because she is always the first. And now she would be
the last.
    
To walk in this earth.


Authors Notes:

Well now, this is a first for me as well. But don't let
that stop you from grilling me okay? Esp. that I don't
have any pre-readers yet [hint-hint] I always believe
that sharp lessons are learned best.

EVA wasn't known to me until a few months ago, when ch
40, a local cable company that was airing ch WOWOW
(Japanese Ch) here showed The Revival of Evangelion. 

To say that I was stunned is a gross understatement.
Remembering the Third Impact, all those crosses all
over the world, still gives me the creeps. 

[Shiver]
   
Since WOWOW is a Japanese channel, their anime shows
were in Japanese as well. 

[Sigh]

Diving around Anipike, I stumble on the scripts made by
the Literal Translation Series (in which I'm grateful)
and of course, Fanfic's. 

[GRIN]

There's still hope for me.

Even though I didn't watched all 24 episodes (raising
money to buy, borrow) of the anime, I hope that the
scripts and EVA fics had given me enough insights on
characterization, etc...

As for MKR, I've watch both season 1 and 2, twice, but
dubbed in my native tongue, so forgive me for the slip
ups in the Names, etc...

THIS is the prologue of an EVA/MKR LEMON series, so for
more info you know how to reach me. The plot's just
there to justify 'em screwing each other:)

And of course, C&C, flames, are accepted. (Yes even
flames. Can you see how desperate I'm?)
