 list uneccesarily.

Part of your formatting problems is the fact that you are using Word.  90% of
the fonts word uses are proportional, which makes it all but impossible to
accuratly wrap at 70 charecters.

All is not lost, however.  You do have two options; the first is to use the
New Courier 12 pt font.  This is a fixed width font with 10 charecters to the
inch.  you then set your margins to about .7" on each side, and when the time
comes, you save the finished document as "ASCII TEXT WITH LINE BREAKS".  It
wont be perfect, but it will be closer than what youve had in the past.

The second method, which I use personally, is a handy little program written
by a friend of mine, Jason McKesson.  Its called Win Helper, and he wrote it
because he was having the exact same problem as you were.  You can get a copy
of it on his Web Page, http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/mckesson/SalorMon.htm.

With this program you set the margins and font however you like in word for
best visibility.  When your ready to post it, you save the file as a plain
"txt File".  Run that file through WinHelper and presto, instant 70 column
word wrap.
