So far, based on personalities (which aren't that great an indicator of
heredity, but they're all we got) I'm expecting Kiri to be Akane and
Nabiki's mother, and Misuto to be Kasumi's, possibly with Genma the
father of the latter. Of course, given the weirdness of kami, it's also
possible that Misuto IS Kasumi. We'll just have to wait and see.

Actually, another possibility is that Kiri and Misuto merge into a single being in some
sort of magical accident yet to come in the storyline.  After all, with a kami trapped in
the mortal world, I would only expect the levels of strangeness to go up.  This could also
be the reason why Mrs. Tendou died so early.  Perhaps the merger was an attempt to save
the life of one of the two girl's, but it could only add so many years.  When that time
ran out, the combined being died (or possibly became one with the Force ^_^).
