Since some people are obviously incapable of reading the FAQ on their
own...this is an excerpt from the FAQ which explains C&C.

If folks didn't ask these questions over and over again, then they
wouldn't BE frequently asked, now would they?  Cut Maddocks some
slack.  It was a simple question, deserving of a simple answer--not
a rant.  These sort of questions rarely crop up, and I don't think
its absolutely necessary to get worked up about something like
this.
