It was true. *People don't like to hurt nice guys.* Yet, somehow, they
always managed to do it anyway.
Amen to that. It's lines like these, I think, that I agree with or can
relate to, that make this series great.
Thanks. ^_^
Finally, there was somewhere where the women were in charge
-- the way things ought to be everywhere. It was a basic law of the
universe:
women were beautiful, wise, and kind. The source of everything good.
Men, on the
other hand, were ugly, mean, and stupid; the source of all trouble. It
was a
truth that Tsubasa had tried to deny at one time, but he no longer
could.
Eew. There's a disturbing look into Tsubasa's twisted little mind. Kinda
makes you wonder where he got that idea, though.(Though I'm not
particularly sure if I want to know.) :P
"Akane, if I'm ever stupid enough to... leave myself open... around
her,
promise you'll get me away. Beat the crap out of me if you have to."
"Akane?"
"Mmm?"
"ONLY if you have to."
This is a good reminder to give to Akane, I think. ^_^
That it is. But will she remember it? :-)
It was like being cured. No, it was better
than being cured. "This is... incredible! How can I thank you?"
Kasumi smiled. "Just go and win the fight."
I can see this happenning, but I think it would take longer than the
course of an evening to figure it out. But hey, you're the author...
Maybe, but it's hard to say, and dramatically it just works a little
better if it doesn't have to be dragged out.
Thanks for the commentary!
Oh, and while I remember:

Huh. I just did a check to make sure Ryoga was where I thought he was
(feeling a bit like Akari); he's in Part 1 at the train station, but he
isn't mentioned in Part 2 at all. Intentional?
Nah, he's there... it's just a case of having so many characters around
that it's hard to keep mentioning all of them. I'll stick in a mention
or two somewhere. Gosunkugi's been around all the time too, but he's the
kind that people naturally don't notice anyway. :-)
