Great idea!
Here is an idea that I had much along the same lines.

Soun looked at his three daughters sitting across from him. 

"A fiancee?!" screamed Akane.

"Oh my. I hope he's not too young."

"Is he cute?"

Soun laughed. "Actually, I have no idea!"
 
"You don't know?"

"Grrrr."

"Oh dear."

The doorbell rang before Soun could reply. Nabiki rushed 
forwad and opened the door to find a large panda standing 
on it's hind feet. 

"....Ranma Saotome?"

Suddenly there was a crash and the roof ripped away to 
reveal a 400 feet humanoid robot.

It passed down a large wooden sign.
