I found out today that my provider doesn't care how much data I have
in the SQL database (in fact they used the word "unlimited" :) ), 
so I'm all set.

I've begun programming on the registration and edit CGI's.  I should
have the archive done by next week (Wednesday at the latest).

What I do need are some authors to test the archive (i.e. use the CGI
and make sure your stuff doesn't get truncated, turned into gibberish,
rewritten in Chinese, sent to /dev/null..etc)  If you're interested,
