The Synopses-List webpage has been given a small update.  A link is now
provided to Yoo Chung's web-based synopses submission form, and a brief
FAQ, giving instructions about how to fill in the fields of the form, has
been added.

If you have questions about the submission procedure that aren't answered
by the FAQ, or if any answers are unclear to you, please let me know.

(Don't, on the other hand, let me know that the FAQ is ugly.  I know that
already. :)  I may try 'prettifying' it someday, but it's not high on my
list of priorities.)
