Hi all, ^_^

Well, I've recently re-established a bit of control over the chaos that
is my life, so I thought I'd dust off the ol' keyboard and get back to
the fics that have been bouncing around in my brain, slowly sapping my
sanity as they demand to be written. Now that I have a bit more free
time, who am I to argue with the muse? ^_^

So anyway, here's a list of the fics I am now working on (almost)
simultaneously:

Ranma fics:

"Hearts of Ice"
I never really stopped writing this one, actually. It's been the sole
survivor of my previous hectic schedule. Part 22 is about 1/3 complete,
and is coming along nicely.

"Dream Eater"
Okay, confession time. ^_^; I posted a teaser for this fic a month or
so ago under the pseudonym "Washu-chan." I was experiencing a bit of
confidence-depleting neurosis, and so I thought I'd find out if I could
get any response for a fic writing under an unknown name. The
overwhelming response I received restored my sagging confidence, giving
me a much-needed boost to continue HoI. I apologize for using the
pseudonym (I felt so... deceitful :-( ). But because of your
encouragement, I will not only finish HoI faster, but I'll definately be
continuing "Dream Eater" as well.

Inuyasha Fics

"Half-Breed"
A story of Inuyasha's turbulant childhood. I posted the first chapter
to the list about a year ago, so I'll be reposting it again tonight to
refresh everyone's memory.  ^_^;

"Vigil"
A brand new story. I'll be posting this to the list tonight.

Also, some really cool fan art illustrations for both these fics can be
found at my new Inuyasha fic web site at:
http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/Ginza/6493/inuyasha.html

Please Save My Earth

"Rin's Story"
Essentially, a re-telling of the OAV & manga storyline from Rin's point
of view. I wrote the first chapter a while ago, but I'll be continuing
it because... what can I say? Rin/Shion fascinates me. Again, it's
been a while, so I'll be reposting tonight.

Well, that's it for now. I have to admit, working on 5 fics at the same
time has done wonders for killing my writers block. If I get stuck on
one fic, I can bounce to another and get the creative juices fowing
again. It's been... liberating. :)

Ja ne,

Krista
