*Wow!  I can't believe I'm here.  University Satellite.* Akari thought.
Staring wide eyes at the practice ground, *Mom used to run here.  This was
where her life really took off.  I'll make you proud.*  Taking another sweep
of the training facility, Akari finally noticed that she was not alone this
early in the morning.  On one of the tracks was a red headed girl.  She had
her hair in a ponytail.  *I wonder who she is.*

	Ready

	Set 
	
	Go 

	At the sight of the green light, the girl burst from a ready position into a
full sprint down the 100 meters straight away.  

	Blinking, Akari was shocked at the speed at which the girl had completed the
sprint.  Looking at the floating projection for the time, Akari was
speechless.  The red head had scored 9.0125 seconds, almost beating her
mother's time.

	The red head was startled when she heard someone clapping.  *Should have paid
more attention.*  Blushing, "Huh...thanks.  Have to go now."  she replied,
making a quick exit.

	"Who are you?" Akari asked.

	"Saotome Ranko," she replied.
