I can't believe Ranma would tell Akane.  A lot of rape victims don't
tell anyone, most especially not their loved ones.  Would Ranma want
to look helpless and weak to Akane, or would he try to pull himself
together and pretend nothing was happening?

Then there's the other issue.  How the heck?  It's not easy to rape
a resisting person.  Rapists deal with this by frightening and/or
hurting their targets until they stop resisting.  Given Ranma's
abilities and personality, you'd expect that the only way he could
be raped under normal circumstances is by knocking him unconscious
or drugging him, neither of which seems to have happened in this case.

    He's not the type to hide in a corner for long.  He still wouldn't tell
anybody, but maybe a smoldering rage.  Then again, the mental shock could
make him confess it quickly, his macho act shell shattered.
