Aikan Muyo is definitely the standard against which all lemon stories 
should be judged.  BTW, just to be nitpicky, it's clearly based on 
the TV series, not the OAVs.

Are there any other good examples?

Ranma .05?  I can think of a few examples among Sailor Moon fanfic, 
most notably Tim Nolan's "Anniversary".  Sam Crider's "Heavy Genesis" 
is noteworthy in that it's the only fic I've seen where imitating the 
writing style of the Sailor Moon *dub* actually helped the story.
Lemon Sherbet... well, it's not exactly in-character, but it's 
pretty good-natured as far as parodies go.

Doesn't it seem like romantic comedy anime offer the best 
possibilities for good lemon fanfics?  Implied sexual tension is 
easy to exploit, and every romantic comedy series is primarily 
concerned with the question of who ends up with whom.
