Ranma Saotome sat at the Kitchen table and looked at the
Magic Sword in
her hands. "I can't wish to be cured of my curse and no wish
I can think of
is going to cure most of the rest of my troubles"

Ukyou " You could wish to be rid of what has and will cause
you the most
problems in your life. You could wish that it would receive
perfect justice
and would stop causing you problems in the future."

Ranma " Yeah, sure; I wish something like that would have
happened and it would
lead to a fix of my worst problems"

Sword " granted" and vanished

Genma Smores age 14 vanished from the small town, he was
born in and
reappeared in Tokyo 3. Let us listen in as Gendo finishes
listing the
responsibilities of an EVA pilot and the consequences of
failing to Rei and
Genma.

"Each of you is personally responsible for the survival of
the human race if
you fail everyone on the planet ,including you, yourself
will die. You will
stay in constant state of readiness, You will be kept in
perfect physical
fitness and you will diet down at LEAST sixty pounds. You
will work out
every day and RUN at least ten MILES a day. When the Angels
show up
you will be a lean mean fighting machine. Do you understand
me, Genma?
or you will regret it as long as you live!!

Meanwhile in Tokyo

Ranma Saotome, sat at a kitchen table, looking at the Magic
Sword, and asked;
"Dad what do you think I should wish for next? I mean I now
have a huge
income and my ideal girl as my fiancee and we'll be married
tomorrow. I
am the best in my generation at both Magic and Martial Arts
and am
improving in both very rapidly, we, the whole family, are
eternally young
and are almost immortal. I just can't think of anything in
particular to wish
for, on this last wish. Can you?"

My apologies to Gregg Sharp ( metroanime@mindspring.com) for
stealing
this scene from his Bet series for my own twisted use.
I just tried to think of an appropriate way for Genma to get
what he has coming to him and let Ranma get some good luck
for a change.

If violence is not solving your
problems you're just not using enough of it.

     Misato

"I guess I'm just an old-fashioned sentimentalist at heart.
I refuse
to accept a no-win scenario. I hate the thought of a
universe without
justice. If the maneuverings of dark powers can't be
exposed and
defeated by the pure of heart, then there's no point in
anything. I
 can't believe that."
