Again, another truism. Take a look at two of the most glacial authors
out there, Zen and Jorge Pratt. Both write in speeds equal to
geological periods, but it is undenied that when they deliver, they
deliever a seriously excellent product. Writing is like any other
art. Some people are faster, some are slower. While I personally
have a fast writing speed, I just haven't had much time to write over
the past few months. Others, of course, have their own speeds and
reasones. This is accepted as natural for professional writers, why
can't some readers realize the same would apply--perhaps more so--to
fanfic writers who do not have all that time to write, and hold down
day jobs, as well?

And my Personal Comment on the Above. I am probably the Minority in this but
when I read something Incredible from an author I am willing to wait as long
as possible to get a new installment and they might hear from me after say
3months asking for an update on status never a single curse word or insult
in the batch. Maybe that's why they remember me when I write and most times
even reply. You can write and ask just don't get pushy or rude. Think on
this these authors are (mostly) giving us there (probably short) free time
and we should respect that. If people keep harassing and insulting people
they may decide it's not worth all the hassle and just stop and then where
would we people that aren't given the gift of writing who are merely hear to
read something new and interesting go to read. I don't wish to offend anyone
with this post but from what I'm seeing the Authors are begining to feel
jerked around by E-Harrasment and are getting fed up with it. Please
disregard this if you don't think your doing these things . If you think you
may have done this......Think about this before you get mad at me or the
list.
Then at least you can say you digested the thought before you write and
maybe just maybe all the Authors on the FFML will stay "ON" the FFML.
