Multi-question-type-thing!

1) A fic request... Waaay back in about May-June-July, someone posted a 
Mahou Tsukaitai story...  Knowing nothing of MTT, I read it anyway, 
understanding nothing.  Now, having seen MTT (it's a hoot, check it out 
if you haven't) I was wondering if anyone remembers this, knows where I 
can find it, who to contact, whatever.  Many thanks.

2) It's okay to marry your cousin, right? (in Japan.)

3) Rurouni Kenshin related...  Does Kaoru *ever* use a title with 
Kenshin (ie: Kenshin-san, -sama, etc)  For that matter, does she use a 
title with *anyone*?  Heck, does *anyone* on the show/book (less 
Kenshin) use honorifics?! (Erin left her manga in North Carolina... 
bakabakabaka...)

4) Web related.  I run a small fan fiction archive.  I'd like to expand, 
yet when I had open submissions on my site, all I got was stuff dearly 
in need of plot, grammar, spelling... (not checks.  You can't check 
something that isn't there.)  So that didn't work.  Since then, I've 
been searching the FFML for stories and authors who might want to be 
archived on my site.  However, for me, it's pretty daunting to ask 'hey, 
is it okay if I post your fic?'  It seems kind of intruding.  So, the 
question (finally) is, do authors want to be asked this?  Is asking to 
post your fic more an honor or an annoyance?  Also, if an author already 
has a web page, is it kosher to ask to post their story too?

Well, that's the end of my mindless babblings.  I'm worried now that 
this last question may be out of place for the FFML..  I'm hoping that 
since I'd be asking y'all the writers anyway, it'll slide... ^_^;
