Mr. Lurker has a point really.

When I heard about this list, and looked into the old archives, 
everything pointed towards this being a place for good critism on 
various subjects, a place where questions are asked, and a lot of 
speculation on what was happening.

Now, it's more like a war zone.

Hateful letters and comments from various people, no one really very 
willing to send comments, or continue any topic or line in fear of being 
taken off the list, authors disappearing because they no longer feel 
there is anything here.

The question that should be asked of everyone is what do people really 
want?

Do you want this to become a place where no one makes comments, a place 
where hate is carried, or a place where intelligent discussions are 
carried out?

In the archives, the list has helpful comments, and people discussing a 
LOT more than fan fiction in order to get ideas.

There were results of COMPUTER SIMULATIONS of stuff to help writing.

What happened to that type of list?

Is it gone forever?

I hope not, because many people are leaving because the original feeling 
of caring about what is being writen about is being gradually lost to 
the writers worst nightmare.

Censorship.
