Hi, need some info on any traditions/trends/whatever about names in Japan.

	1.  Is it normal/considered proper to name a child after dead relatives?

	2.  What are their equivalents to John/Jane Doe, Richard Roe, and the like?

	3.  Any names often used as aliases?  (Like Mr./Ms. Smith?)
