That's very important.  Since Ranma can give an infinite number of wishes,
you'll have to define the upper limits of her power.

I know.   What fun. Wheeee.  Ranma's condition is going to be used in other
ways than just wishes.  Oh well, this is early in the anime.

Logically, given the nature of the ring someone wanted it to be used in this
