You defiently need to find out more about Sailor Moon, especially if you're

Why not simply transport them 20 years into the future (that's what Sailor
Pluto's here for ^_-), just like the original Queen Serenity did with senshi
(admittedly, it was for 1000 years...)?

his uncle, and ends up falling into Nyannichiuan, spring of drowned girl. At

Why bother with Nyanniichuan (BTW, it's spelled Nyanniichuan)? It's been done
far too often, and lazily as an excuse to make sex changes to boot. Why not
simply replace the Shinji with a female version of Shinji, with soul of Usagi
inside her? Have Artemis/Luna transfer the soul of Mamoru into Unit 01. That
would work well, considering the Shinji/Yui role in the original EVA series.

become pilots eventually. We find out Shinji has the souls of Mamoru and
Usagi in him. After Shinji gets absorbed into Unit 01, he is split into
his female half and his male half. Oh, and Toji is a female called Toko (or
a better name when I think of it), cause I needed one more female pilot.

Not necessary. Just keep Toji as he is, but with a soul of one of the Senshi.
That'd make things messier- "WHAT?! How in the world did I end up in a BOY's
body?!"

Oh great. You've just reminded me of a SM/EVA spamfic I wrote a year ago (when
I was in SM/EVA craze) where Unit 01 literally transformed into an equivalvent
of a Senshi. Incidentally, it more than one FFMLers immediately regretted
reading it. ^_^;;

	Beyond that, I need ideas. I have no clue as to what else to do.
