Well folks a new idea/teaser from me.
Very dark for the first arc...
Star Mage is alive and will be undergoing a MAJOR rewrite in the next
two weeks.
(I almost have the prelude ready to send out to prereaders... 9 1/2
pages...)
(First chapter well, still working on it...)
Never fear some things will stay, some won't...
And now for the show...

In a bar in China, two men were talking, unaware that a person was
overhearing their conversation.
"So, in exchange for the money that I will give you, you agree to what I
propose? My friends will be quite happy with this deal" the man trailed off.
*Humm, We need the money, but is this the way to get it? I do have
knowledge of Pressure points to suppress memories, and this will toughen the boy
up * The second man thought to himself and then answered the first man, "Yes,
I do agree to it, I just need to have the girl back BEFORE the drugs wear off"
"Agreed. My friends have never had a natural redhead before, and they
will enjoy this experience" The First man nodded and then added, "Have the Girl
here in an hour, and the food server will make sure she gets the food with the
drugs in it."
"I will." The second man proceeded to leave.
* What was that? I better wait here and see what is going on before I try
to kill the girl that defeated me * the purple haired girl thought to herself.
An hour later.
A redheaded girl was eating some soup, and then said "Oyjay, I don't feel
so good. Let's go back to the campsite and lay down."
The man answered "They might have a place here where you can lay down for
a little bit."
A waiter stopped and said, "We do have a backroom, that you could lay down
in for a while"
The redheaded girl gets up and is led, staggering over to the backroom,
where later some faint sounds are heard Only the purple haired girl, who is
hidden can make them out clearly
Later:
The bald headed man leans over the unconscious redhead and presses a few
points on the child's skull, and then pours hot water on her, but no change
happens.
Humm, must have not been hot enough for the change. Let's try hotter water
* With that thought the man pours water hot enough to burn most people on the
child and she becomes a he.
*What, the girl changed into a man? A MAN defeated me? And then his
father sold him in girl form to men? I MUST ask Great-grandmother what to do. *
With that thought the purpled haired girl bounds off towards her home.
Behind the retreating girl, the man spoke, "Wake up, son. We have to get
to Nerima."

Based off an Idea from Bryan Neef.
CC welcomed at mage2099@dtgnet.com
Flames sent to fool@nowhere.com
Notes: This idea came to me after Discussion with Bryan Neef over his idea
"Pain" and I wanted to do this idea variant. This is just to show that A. I am
not dead, and B. that I AM writing I do expect many flames from this, And YES
this is a fiction where there will be VERY dark situations involved However
Genma Haters should be happy.
For those asking about "Star Mage" I am rewriting in from scratch.
Note this fiction was written to "Hell is for Children" By Pat Bentar, and
"Jamie's got a Gun" By Aerosmith.
FFML Verison Notes: Preread for editing by Kevin Hammel, some extra lines added.
