The hostname 'konatsu.dhs.org' is now synonymous with 'konatsu.ml.org'.

Consequently, all of the services provided here may now be accessed
through the hostname 'konatsu.dhs.org'.  Synopses may be sent to
'synopses@konatsu.dhs.org', and the synopses list homepage can be
accessed via 'http://konatsu.dhs.org/synlist'. 

The old 'konatsu.ml.org' hostname will still work for now, but it
will go away, along with all of the other .ml.org hostnames, at 
the end of April.

The summary size limit has been set to 15 lines split between the
two parts.  ie. the Series Summary and the Episode summary together
must equal no more than 15 lines, but how to divide that up between
the two parts is up to you.

Not all the fields of the form need to be filled, just the
essentials, which should be common sense.
