Just out of simple curiosity, just how does Swedish look via E-mail?

It looks just like any other nordic language except that it has an � instead of an ae and other letters like � and � that english doesn't have. It gets bloody well annoying since my hometown er... tiny village (or something, not really big) is spelled Bj�rsj�lag�rd and hotmail refuses to send those three letters.
