The summary size limit has been set to 15 lines split between 
the two parts.  i.e. the Series Summary and the Episode summary 
together must equal no more than 15 lines, but how to divide 
that up between the two parts is up to you.  As for the 
original synopsis form, the 10-line limit still applies.
