		I think that Takahashi wasn't quite sure how she wanted Kasumi or Nabiki to
act at the begining of the manga. Nabiki seems much more like a normal (i.e.
she is interested in boys and would possibly have voluntered to be Ranma's
fiancee if it weren't for the whole entire curse thing.) And Kasumi shows
other emotions than extreme amounts of niceness (i.e. saying that younger men
bore her and actually yelling at Genma for going to Jusenkyo.) If you want to
make Nabiki really IC concentrate less on the money issue and have her around
for the purpose of making sarcastic comments (she does this more in the manga
than swindle people for monry.)
