Oh, I know!
He was trained by a mysterious blind man named Stick, and he has super
sensetive fingers that can read print!
But he should watch out or he'll end up sleeping with Kodachi and having her
shanghaied to a mental institution, having Ukyo stabbed though the heart by
Taro (and coming back to life . . .), and Akane selling him out for some
drugs.
