I didn't see any any implication otherwise. All I noticed was an attempt
to point out a slightly ironic situation (taken as a given that NXE's
main character shares some of the characteristics that were spoken
against in the above passages of the original message. I enjoyed NXE a
great deal (along with the vast majority of Eyrie works) and I noticed
no insult. I think you might be putting too much meaning behind the
statement that I atleast found innocous.
