Don't be too hard on him - happy99.exe is a virus, and information on it
can be found at http://www.antivirus.com/vinfo/security/sa020499.htm .

Actually, it's not a virus, it's a worm. It won't do anything to your hard
drive, but it will attach itself to your e-mail.

(sorry, it was off topic, but there is no need to panic thinking it's a
virus...)
