Perhaps the problem is not with people's interpretation of your rants; but
instead
has more to do with how you present it. Everyone is entitled to their own
opinions as
to what they do and do not like. It is not yours, mine, nor anyone else's
place or
responsibility to decide whether or not it is and I quote your words,
"...high time
to pass the torch, I think, for the next great story" If ever there was a
torch to pass on.

As for Krista Perry's HOI, I *have* read all 21 chapters and I believe it
ranks up there with
various other fics such as WUE, HAM, and a lot of other stories that would
take me forever to list.
Perhaps there is not one torch to pass on, but each of them carries their
own unique one?

Just my thoughts on this matter.
