I must be killing time myself by reading these shortfics.

Chibi-Usa let her sword revert to Luna-P.  "Because I wanna change the
past, Pu."

"But...you can't.  It's too dangerous.  I'll..."

  This has me bothered a bit. Wasn't Pluto the one who sent Chibi-Usa 
back in time in the first place (the first time, I mean)? Which leads to 
the unavoidable fact that she herself meddled with the timeline-- but I 
really don't want to get into that argument (again). 

Sailor Pluto smiled as her best friend returned from the past.  This 

was

the fourteenth, and final, round trip that Time itself had ordained
Chibi-Usa take.  Although she hated to do it, she would now have to

  Obviously, Pluto doesn't know enough about Time's ordinations. 
  Wicked.... 

Chibi-Usa smiled a sad smile when she greeted Sailor Pluto.  She always
got nightmares after hacking Pluto to pieces; this time had been no
different.  And there could be no change.  The Guardian of Time HAD to
be that agressive, to prevent anybody else mucking with history as
Chibi-Usa so carefully sculpted it, slowly and carefully bringing about
a better today.  Worst, there was no end in sight: from her first-hand
observations, Chibi-Usa could pinpoint at least two more times where 

her

knowledge of what went wrong could influence critical events.  Against
that, one life was cheap...completely without value, even.

  I don't even want to think about the life ethics. Time travel 
hurts....

Sailor Pluto would just have to die again.

  This kinda reminds me of the Voyager episode with the guys with the 
time ship weapon-- always changing little points in history to make a 
better future. Of course, when it came down to it, they couldn't do it, 
either. I imagine Chibi-Usa to be busy for the rest of her life.
