People, I *think* the dude has PROBABLY gotten the point, by now, that it's
the Tokyo Tower and not the Eiffel Tower.

I find myself rather disappointed in the lot of you who chose to respond to
this on the list. Especially given that recently there was a bit of
discussion about this very thing.

In the first place, the thread merited private replies to begin with. There
was no reason to spam the list to correct this guy, which is what the
majority of you were doing. You were adding nothing relevant, aside from
correcting him as to the identity of the tower.

In the second place, this thread has gone on just long enough that most of
you replying on the list SHOULD have seen the numerous public replies by
the time you prepared to send your own. If you did see these, and you chose
to post publically anyway, well...shame on you. You should know better.
