Okay, a lot of you asked the same question, why bother putting Ren in 
if all he's going to do is stand on the side?  And why isn't Lina 
bugging him about his memory returning so she can get her reward?  And 
what's going to happen in part 3?!
  Well, to answer the first question, I wanted to make a character that 
SEEMED like an SI, but wasn't.  Ren's going to find out about his past.
  To answer number 2, when Lina meets Ren again, she's going to remember 
about the possibility of a reward.  And promptly say part of the title 
because she forgot about it in the first place, "D'OH!!!"
  And finally, in the third part, Ren is going to find out about a 
prophecy involving him, Lina, Zelgadis and Amelia.  Oddly, Gourry isn't 
part of this prophecy, so he tracks down Lina (he hasn't seen her in 
three months, so the trail is rather cold and it'll take a while), upon 
the way he finds out about the wanted posters and sees his wanted 
poster.  After a long string of run-ins with bounty hunters, he finally 
meets Lina again and so on and so forth.  After this, I'm still 
planning, but I know he's not going to be in time for the whole Zannifer 
thing.
