[The camera opens on Duke, Earl and Honey as they are still walking down the
streets of Los Angeles.]

Earl: You know it's not gonna be the same with you gone, dad.

Duke: Yeah, but you know this could be a time when I could reflect on my
life Earl. And a time when we could bond.

Earl: You think?

Duke: Yeah, most men who are faced with death who would desperately search
for a miracle cure instead of coming to terms with their mortality, but
there are those who would realise their end is coming and enjoy life's
precious moments and settle all of their accounts on this earthly realm.

Honey: Are you one of those people. sir?

Duke: Hell no! I don't care if I have to spend every aching moment looking
for a cure I will find it! As God as my witness I will never die!

Earl: That's my pop!
