I doubt it.  While second class citzens to some degree I think
Joketsuzoku men aren't much worse off than women in the west (no
chance for leadership, but basic protection under law and right to
choose occupation).

Most obvious ways (I'm suprised no writer has thought of this):

Women: Adoption into tribe as Blood Sister

Men: Either Divorce (come now, they _have_ to be able to toss aside
inwanted males when they get bored), or transfering engagement to
sibling (either natural or adopted)

Developed disgust at significant other?  Constant begging? 

Enslavement? 

(*CRACK* "CALL ME QUEEN!")  Amazonian High Council Appeals court?

These might work too (esp. 1,2,&4).
