Most obvious ways (I'm suprised no writer has thought of this):

Women: Adoption into tribe as Blood Sister

Men: Either Divorce (come now, they _have_ to be able to toss aside
inwanted males when they get bored), or transfering engagement to
sibling (either natural or adopted)

	You forgot the most basic way that people have gotten rid of an
unwanted spouse throughout history.
