	After reading one of the new bet stories (I can't remember the name, 

but in

it Ranma seems to make every girl but Akane pregnet.) This just popped 

into my

head. It was going to be part of a story like "The Mouse That Roared", 

but

I've already got too much to do.  If someone actually has a use for 

this feel

free to use it.

I got a kick out of this.  There's one suggestion I would make, however:

SAOTOMA

Navy: Except for a few coastal patrol boats, Saotoma has no real naval 

power.

There's an excellent anime called "Silent Service".  It's kind of the 
Japanese equivalent of "Red October", about the crew of a new nuclear 
submarine which declares the sub as a separate nation, independent of, 
but ultimately allied with, Japan.  (The idea is that the captain 
loathes the manner in which Japan is forced to subvert itself to the US 
Government, so acts in a manner which cannot be blamed on the Japanese.)

I can't remember the name of the sub, but it seems to me, they'd love 
the idea of linking up with Saotoma.

Space Force: With close ties to both the Jurie Empire, the Galactic 

Police,

and several other galactic empires, Saotoma matains a small, but very
effective space force. This space force consist of 3 warships and 6
transports.
