not even trying to speak for Rod, particularly since I don't know where
he's going, but remember - this is a BGC fic. NEVER assume the Knight
Sabers are going to survive. 

Of all the anime series that have had fanfic written about them, I think
that maybe the lead characters are killed in BGC fics at a much higher
per-fic frequency than any other series.
