I'm not really sure about the manga, but in the anime, she appeared in one of
the first episodes of the TV series.  It should be around episode 14-18 one of
those...Anyways, she came in, and went beserk on Akane, and Ranma came to save
her, but before that, Ranma (female) beat the crap outta Kodachi.  She hates
her.  But she likes Ranma (male) because he is generally the "ideal" man.
That is basically it.
