Mike: Hi! Since yesterday we have been deluged with email votes on the fate
of the character known as Duke. Although there seems to be a problem...

Zonker: What's that Mike?

Mike: Well, when we told people to send in their emails to the address
Bogue@negia.net we forgot to tell them that all votes have to be triplicate
and often times people did not consult the manual on how to vote. On page
1883 there is explicit directions to not use the following words when voting
'the' and 'or'.

Zonker: We would also like to take the time to thank the Internal Revenue
Service for helping us sort through the votes.
