In a chapter of Tendou 2/3, I had a chance to do a take on the Kinnosuke story.
My reasoning was that the "repossession" was fake.  Really, repossessing
is _not_ going to take that short a period of time.  Not to mention selling
the panda to the circus and covering the dojo sign with webs to make it
look old.  (I can just imagine the repossessors coming by with a can of
instant web spray.)
