Basically, the question was, if I remember right:
What's wrong with a lemon with Sasami.
I (and many others) have already answered that question too many times
for me to repeat it here. Hell, I'm in a peivate discussion about that
now.
Now the discussion has gotten comepletely off subject. Trust me. We
know the reason between reality and fantasy. It's hard to be an anime
fan and not know that. But it's also fun to blur that line, i.e.
explanations for stuff that was put in the story just for laughs(Akane's
mallets) or because it was cool(Boomer fusion). That is why many people
here ask those questions. We know it's not real.
We know, that if Ranma 1/2 had any basis in reality, there would be no
mallets, or Ranma and Co. would've got kicked out of Nerima long ago for
property damage. But it's fun to as why or why not, and to come up with
plausable or rediculous answers. Many recent advances in technology
came from those who wondered if it was possible to blur or erase the
line, so don't knock it.
And as for the thing about 'if it offends you, don't read it,' I don't.
I have _never_ read a Sasami lemon, for reasons stated previously.
However, since someone asked _why_ myself and others were offended, I
felt obliged to answer.
Summary:
I am offended by Sasami lemons because the character is too young.
Because Sasami lemons offend me, I don't read them. I didn't even read
the MST that caused this thread.
Since that is only my induvidual opinion, I don't call for the head,
heart and lymph nodes of those that have written Sasami lemons. I just
ignore them and let others draw their own conclusions.
I stated the above reasons because someone asked aloud for a reason, and
I felt like giving mine.
I know the difference between Fantasy and Reality, I just sometimes wish
it wasn't there. I like blurring the lines for fun. It is a good
thing.
And that is my final word on the subject.
