No. Power Rangers is TOKUSATSU, and barely that. Tokusatsu and anime are
two vastly different things.

Have you ever been to a Japanese video store?  They make absolutely NO
distinction between animation, tokusatsu, or any other children's
programming.  They are all labeled as "anime".
