It's not a theory.  It's right from the 101 Secrets of Tenchi Muyo book
published in Japan.  

Tell me that's not as wierd as hell!
Does that mean that Juraians are as biologically advanced as Lelu from 
"Fifth Element" and therefore...not susceptible...to...mu...ta...
