It has been brought to my attention that there was some very strange bug in
the copy of Bliss I was working from.  Specifically, many question marks
were turned into periods, through some strange process that has yet to be
determined.

Basically, Mike and Lara had all the question marks right.

So make no inference on the authors' ability to use punctuation.  :)  They
wuz doing it right.  My apologies for making a big deal out of something
that wasn't wrong in the first place.
