Yep. Man, the plot devices you could have with this crossover....
Imagine, Sanosuke accidentally bumping into a pretty red-headed girl and

falling

for her. Ranma-chan taunting Kaori on how she, Ranma, is the sexier of the

two.

Or Yahiko becoming a man.....meaning he accidentally sees Ranma-chan naked

:) 

The cool part about this is that Ranma is also very skilled with weapons and
would probably give Kenshin a run for his money. 

Now I wonder....who would actually win between the two? Kenshin simply kicks
ass. Ranma could probably kick more ass. The coolest part is that both of 'em
are extremely bright and would adapt to the other one's technique.

It's funny that you wrote something like this. I've been thinkin' of

writin' a

Kenshin/Ranma crossover myself....as part of an ongoing series, my 'Just

won't

die' in case anyone was wonderin'.....

I think most Ranma fans who see the Kenshin series are going to be tempted
to do a crossover.

For my suggestion, it would be based around that magic sword episode, the
one that Kuno got that granted him three wishes.

In an alternative version of the Manga, he would wish that Akane Tendo, and
the Pig Tailed girl could see him in combat against the greastest swordsman
of all time, and the three of them get dumped in front of the Kenshin cast
out of a sliders type whirlwind.

Several humorous possibilities arise, Sanosuke decides there visitiors are
Foxes.

Kuno declines to belive that this short grown laundry maid is in truth the
swordsman he claims,and runs off in search of the real thing. Ranma and
Akane of course can't get home until Kenshin actually fights Kuno. good
thing the wish did not say anything about Kuno winning.

Ranma freaks when she sees the Kenshin group, Seems there is a picture of
them in his mother's family photo album, the one they took on that Train
trip. 

Kenshin and Kaori are Ranma's great-great grandparents, on his mothers
side, that's where the red hair came from. Ranma goes into one of his
ilogical honor panicks, after he blurts this out to them while in girl
form. He is determined they won't find out about the curse, and refuses to
change back to a guy for fear that the pair of them will think him a
disgrace to the family. 

Fortunatly for History, Ranma does not know enough about them, or the
current events to create a paradox, and Akane is smart enough to keep her
mouth shut.
