Here's an idea and maybe some of you Slayers fans will agree with us 
on this.
  Rezo, as all Slayers fans who have seen up to tape 4 know, has Ruby 
Eye Shaburnigdo sealed in his eyes.  And, as Lina said, Shabbie began 
slowly taking over until Rezo had almost no control.  Now, Zelgadis is 
Rezo's grandson/greatgrandson.  Could it be that Shaburnigdo's influence 
was so great that Zelgadis's "Chimera" (of 1/3 human, 1/3 golem and 1/3 
demon) body is actually his TRUE form as a demon.  Thus, why he can't be 
"cured" of the "curse".  It's his TRUE body.  It's like humans being 
"cured" of being mammals, so we're reptiles.'

  Just an odd thought.
