One nit, though: you do realize that the Kenshingumi and the Ranmagumi
are about 200 years apart, and that you'll need to explain why they're
suddenly together?

	Kenshin is 1*8*79 ... that's 120 years ago.

I did say _about_ 200 years (my brain fried when I was typing the response, and I couldn't remember to save my life when the Meiji restoration occurred).  Anyway, the point I was making was that Kenshin and Ranma are from different time periods unless Author Magic makes it otherwise.
